In all organizational levels, the Wheaton Brasil Group values social responsibility actions and encourages its suppliers and clients to adopt the same policy.

In order to share the company's Corporate Social Responsibility values, with its professionals and partners, the Wheaton Brasil Group created its own Corporate Social Responsibility Decalog.

Regulation SA 8000–Social Accountability

SA 8000 Regulation, functions as the ethical principle of the Company's actions and relations, together with the main social and economic agents with whom it interacts: professionals, clients, suppliers, and the community.

Based on what CEPAA (Council on Economic Priorities Accreditation Agency) says, the SA 8000 target is to guarantee the best global working conditions. SA 8000 is an international regulation, based on the ILO (International Labor Organization) with its eleven Conventions, on the United Nations Convention for children's rights and on Universal Declaration of Human Rights Regulations.
