Wheaton Brasil Group

By late 80's the Wheaton Brasil Group opens Farmacap, a company that works with closing systems, rubber and aluminum accessories for Pharmaceutical market as well as for human and veterinary lines.

Farmacap works with raw materials coming from certified suppliers and its production process guarantees a complete tracking of the product following all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations, being the pioneer in Latin America in the construction of a clean room for rubber corks specific treatment.

Currently the Wheaton Brasil Group consists of 5 companies:

• Wheaton Brasil Vidros (WBV): for glass packaging manufacture;
• Wheaton Decor (DEC): decoration and finishing for glass packaging;
• Viton (VIT): machines, equipment and moulds for automatic glass industry;
• Extar (EXT): trade company;
• Farmacap (FAR): closing system manufacturing for Pharmaceutical industry.
