Industrial Facilities

The company currently works with 4 continuous furnaces, a production capacity of about 300 tons per day, state of the art technology in glass fusion, with gas and/or fuel combustion, with complete control of emission of particles under legal regulations of environmental control.

Within its 21 production lines, between I.S. machines and rotary compresses, parts of them have semi-automatic selection and packing, as well as clean stations for the pharmaceutical line, where the company works with guaranteed quality.

Inside modern facilities, our Decoration has:

• 15 semi-automatic lines, 3 automatic lines SS (silk-screen) and works with organic and inorganic paint, as well as gold and silver;
• 2 automatic paint lines working with inorganic paint;
• 2 automatic frosting lines through acid;
• 1 line for hot stamping.

It also offers the service of automatic self-adherent labeling, as well as the assembling of plastic and metallic components together with the glass.
